Turnaround

All orders will be processed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CST.


Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates

Horizons ID Systems currently provides Free Shipping for orders over $100 and shipped ground by our choice of carrier to addresses in the United States. Orders totaling $100 or less will be charged a $10 Shipping and Handling fee.

For expedited shipping, or shipping outside of the United States, we will provide an estimate for shipping costs by E-mail after you place the order.  We will ship the order only after your approval of our estimate.


Drop Shipping

Some items may be drop shipped from our suppliers if not in stock. These items will be shipped free of charge to addresses in the United States.


Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.



Returns and Refunds Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item must be in original packaging. For printers, this means the item must be shipped in the same packaging materials and boxes in which it was received. The item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

            

  1. Please email [email protected] to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please include an explanation why you wish to return the item and we will assign you an RMA #.         
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original packing slip or invoice.

Return Exceptions

Some items, such as software, cannot be returned if they are opened. Ribbons or laminate which has been opened cannot be returned unless defective.  Please check to ensure the correct item numbers before opening.  Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to defective merchandise.  The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds, minus the applicable restocking fee, will be credited to your credit card within 48 hours of our receipt of the returned items subject to inspection and condition verification. In case payment was made by check, a refund check will be mailed within 48 hours of our receipt of the returned items.  Under no circumstances will a refund check be made out to refund payment charged to a credit card.
